It seems like an appropriate time to recap some of the interesting news that came out of Superbooth 2016, the mega synth convention in Berlin, Germany, which took place this past weekend. Everyone in the synth maker industry was there, including music synthesis enthusiasts and professionals from around Europe and the globe. While Voltage Control Lab could not make it this year, we were able to enjoy coverage from some great music tech journalists. Let’s look at the best of what Superbooth had to offer…

    Didn’t realize those Blocks modules are coming out. That’s awesome they are focusing on better integration with hardware, particularly modular. Calibrating Maths as an oscillator to a musical scale? That’s super cool and I hadn’t thought of even trying that (with Expert Sleepers Silent Way, it should also be possible).

      Yes, it looks pretty darn exciting! I’ve been watching the user library and service center for updates, but I don’t think they are ready quite yet…
